Ghazal Mustafa, BSc, PgDip, BCBC

Ghazal Mustafa, BSc, PgDip, a licensed clinical dietitian from Jordan, has been awarded National Board Certification by the American Association of Bariatric Counselors (AABC). After completing a specialized training and education program in bariatric science, she was recently credentialed as a Board-Certified Bariatric Counselor (BCBC).

Ms. Mustafa completed her Human Nutrition and Dietetics Bachelor’s degree at Jordan University in Amman and her postgraduate degree in Nutrition and Food Science at Kuwait University. She is licensed by both the Jordanian and Kuwaiti Ministries of Health and in addition, she is certified by IFSO in Advanced Bariatric Nutrition.

She is currently practicing at Kuwait Hospital, where she is an integral member of their multidisciplinary metabolic and bariatric surgery team and serves as their bariatric dietitian.

Dr. Michael Magdalinski, a licensed psychologist in Wyomissing, PA, has been awarded National Board Certification by the American Association of Bariatric Counselors (AABC). After completing a specialized training and education program in bariatric science, he was recently credentialed as a Board-Certified Bariatric Counselor (BCBC).

Dr. Magdalinski earned his doctorate at St Louis University and completed his clinical internship at Wilford Hall Medical Center. Currently, he is practicing at Reading Hospital Weight Loss Surgery and Wellness Center. As an integral member of their weight loss surgery team, he provides pre and post-counseling, facilitates support groups, and conducts pre-surgical evaluations.

Rachael Buckner. RN, CMSRN, a Registered Nurse from Concord, North Carolina has been awarded National Board Certification by the American Association of Bariatric Counselors (AABC).
